Admire your jack-o-lantern
while munching on these
cinnamon-sugar pumpkin seeds.
4 cups pumpkin seeds (wash, de-gunk and dry soon after removing from pumpkin)
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
cooking spray
some sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet. Spread seeds evenly on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes, stir. Bake for another 10 or 15 minutes…until toasted. When seeds come out of the oven, sprinkle with just a little sugar.
