Flax Seed Cookies

1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
¼ cup ground flax seeds

Preheat oven to 35 degrees. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes. Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
